Kitty P1 Please understand, I'm not saying that you people are against me or that you are doing anything wrong! The only one who has been doing something wrong is Mick Duthie as he neglected his obligations towards me, and have published a book that was supposed to be the result of his and mine combined efforts - and not even letting me know he was doing this! He told me that I could move on, and publish my script - at no point did he inform me of his intentions to do such a thing, and I have at no point encouraged him to do so. I told him I wanted to honour our agreement ... and I expected him do the same thing!
I chose to go on the forum with my original statement to let the potential readers know what has happened - perhaps hoping that readers would wait to buy until the thing was settled, since Mr. Duthie is not inclined to withdraw the book. Frankly, and please don't take this the wrong way, Kitty, but going ahead purchasing and then wait for the truth getting out ... then it's really too late, isn't it?!
EdnaEverageFanClub: No, I haven't read the book - and I don't think I'm going to. I don't need to either, because has HAS already "trodden on anyone's toes" by not honouring our mutual agreement!
Meadey: Yeah, you're absolutely right. I confess I've been naive but the circles, I usually move in, you just don't do a thing like what Mick's done. One thing I've learned from this is that you really can't trust anyone ... No matter WHAT they say!
Now, please go on among yourselves discussing other things before Stewron closes this thread. Thank you for at least taking notice of this, but it seems we're getting nowhere untill I "let the dogs (lawyers) loose!" and I have a meeting this afternoon. I still hope it won't be nescessary though ...
