from lulu.com if you wanted to print your copy 10.96 paperback black n white and 69.96 for colour..... not much different when ordering say 200 so quite an
expensive way to publish...

Thanks to all for your support/comments. Unfortunately, the truly unrealistic costs associated with printing the book make it unviable at this time as a hard
copy. I am terribly disappointed but behind the scenes we have done alot of work with one person in the industry who knows all the angles. I don't think
$70+ for the book and then a huge shipping fee (as it's 500 pages, it would weight 1.5kg) would make it worthwhile. Sorry to let people down in that regard
but they're facts. Regards, HKM.

Great, but I'd also prefer a paperback. I like to read in bed and that's a bit uncomfortable with a computer.......but I can understand that it's
also expensive to print and to ship, so what the heck, as soon as I can, I'm gonna order the e-book

Ok, that counts for me as well of course. I waited a long time for this moment.
Would of course prefer a paperback to snuggle up and read, but if the facts are like Mick said, I can fully understand this. I have a pretty expensive month this month, so as soon as I have my new spare cash, you can be sure about that Mick, I will order it.

Thanks Mick and Stew, link received and pdf downloaded without a problem. Now just to figure out the best place to settle back and read it. I currently have it
on the big 32" pc monitor.... but think the laptop might be easier. Are there any copyright issues if I want to take it to a printer to make an actual
book version for myself?

Well, this is an amazing book, what follows is my very, very early review.
I have jumped from chapter to chapter and from page to page....somehow I need to find time to read everything from start to finish. The detail, the quotes, the history, the knowledge is beyond anything I ever expected. Do not be put off by the electronic format… sure it is different to a traditional printed format, it does have its advantages (especially with searching for text) and does not take long to get comfortable with…… but be warned it is very comprehensive and may take longer to finish than you expect. The book is written in a very easy to read style… a labor of love from the author that I believe deserves a great deal of success. Best place to read this book?? …… ……..How about on a laptop in the First Cass cabin on a long haul flight before seeing your favorite band play!!!
