If it's for the avatar you need it saved onto the computer, not uploaded to the 'net, but beyond that I can't remember.

That seems a little odd - I had these dates ( http://thesweetglamforum.yuku.com/topic/5676?page=4 )confirmed just yesterday. Perhaps worth calling
the venue to see what's going on...
