New album, Anomaly, to be released on 15th September.

Anomaly is the fourth upcoming album by former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley. It is his first album of new studio material since 1989's Trouble Walkin'. Producer and songwriter Marti Frederiksen is set to help in the mixing and producing of the album. Ace Frehley himself is producing the album.

Anton Fig- the drummer on the new album is incredible- he actually played on Ace's first album, back in Kiss days, and was the only drummer apart from Mick (oh and John Bonham and Ian Paice occasionally) to make me sit up and take real notice of what was being played. Will definitely check it out. Thanks Mark.

Can't wait to hear Ace's version of Fox. Anton Fig has a "six degrees of separation" link to Sweet. He was the drummer in 80s band Spider, who were signed to Mike Chapman's Dreamland Label (the label that Suzi Q released "Rock Hard" on). Anton co-wrote their single "New Romance (It's a Mystery)" with keyboard player Holly Knight. Ms Knight, of course, went on to write many a hit for the likes of Tina Turner and others.
