What's the latest on this?? Anybody bringing their camcorder??? I might shoot a bit on my camera which has a High Def Vid option but I guess it might be a few ' bits' only as the memory card will not hold too much. It would be a shame not to capture this event.

Good call there Sherman, What's happening with the filming of this show? If at all. I wouldn't mind filming it from the wings but no way whilst stood
in a huge crowd of people, hot 'n' sweaty and gettin' pushed about!!
I get better and better looking every day...... I cant wait for tomorrow!!

AFAIK, there will not be any official (video) recording of the gig, but Andy DOES want as many people as possible to video 'Their Day' and make the
material available so sections can be used in the final cut. He doesn't just want a boring video of the whole gig, he wants it done from a fan perspective.
A video diary of the day type of thing. So yes, by all means video some songs, but from a fan perspective, unusual angled shots etc. Then no doubt Kev will
have the delightful task of trying to put something together from all of this with the audio recording.

I actually went out and got a new digital video cam for my trip. So, needless to say, I'll be there filming. Some friends of mine have a band and I've
filmed quite a lot of their shows, and I do a pretty good job at it, if I do say so myself. Hopefully Andy will like my work enough to use it in the final
product.

I'm taking mine...but i'm not gonna be filming the WHOLE day i don't think that would be a good idea lol. Just most of it i guess. I'm good at
multi tasking, as ong as the camera has no need to be steady lol

some "Sweet" business(a dvd), I have lot of things to trade.

I have a camcorder but it can be a bit annoying to those around/behind you if you are in their line of view. I'm going to leave that at home, Also, mine
only records an hour. I like taking stills so hope to do that with a bit of high def video snippets here and there. I've bought a new 8GB card (so I have
two) but I'm guessing it will be a bit difficult to switch them over in the mosh pit! It would be good to have a couple of fixed cams running-maybe one
placed centrally above the sound desk and one from the side???
Anyhow, something will be better than nothing!

A video something like the 'Live At The Capitol' outing but include fans in the footage aswell as the band. A start. A middle. An ending. Example; The
fans. The gig. The aftermath (with the band and some Sweet fans.)
The 'middle bit' is obviously the important bit.
I get better and better looking every day...... I cant wait for tomorrow!!
