Was Sweets cover of I'm a Boy ever recorded for an album? I love the live recording that's on YT, have looked through the Discography on HSH but can't see it.

Love Is Like Oxygen

In 1997 a Britisch band called Freebase, released a version of Love is like oxygen.
Back then Roger Taylor (Duran Duran drummer) was in that band.

Has anyone heard of this?
Maybe someone has a version available?

I was merely expressing my views and disappointment over the lack of album tracks and b-sides that's all just as others express their views or comments when happy or sad about something. Now as I get to the grand old age of 50 a few mates around the old beer table were discussing music.. all of a certain age had a soft spot for Sweet but it surprised me how many did not bother with any new music when listening. Now I always have a sweet session on the decks or ipod but love to hear new bands as well

In the week a lot of my "local" went to see Motorhead. (They'd mainly gone cos local girl Kim McAuliffe is in Girlschool and she'd got them passes.) I was greeted last night by a hoard of locals who were overly excited to tell me the the other support, The Damned, played Ballroom Blitz! So that's quite cool.

It is not the Anthology that had gotten some discussion a few months back. This is called "Ballrrom Blitz: The Anthology" and the cover art only shows Brian. This is a 2 disc CD. SWEET Should Have Been Dynamite??

I was listening to a compilation and Dynamite by MUD was on it. Now if ever there was a song for SWEET, that was it??
SWEET would have done a great job on that song but they didn't want it and the moment was lost!!
It kind of fitted in very nicely with Sweet's song titles;
Blockbuster.
Hell Raiser.
The Ballroom Blitz.
Dynamite.
Teenage Rampage.

Any others Sweet should have done??
